You really need to go see a practitioner (MD or nurse practitioner) and tell them what you are feeling. Why wouldn't you ? Once all the bad stuff is ruled out, (what Kimmy said, or a vitamin deficiency, or low potassium, or low calcium, ... both of which can make you lethargic, and if you aren't eating right, they are both definite possibilities), then you can work on the rest. I can't tell you how many people your age are seen in Urgent Care and the ER with their electrolytes are messed up because of their eating, (or not eating). It's easy to see on a basic lab panel, and even easier to fix, but ya gotta go let them do the test. GO !! Just go to an urgent care and say, "I feel weak and weird, and don't have any energy"... they will do the rest. How many sugared soft drinks do you drink a day, like Coke or Mountain Dew ?
