RE: Backyard Fireworks
I just got an Email from Pocono Fireworks Outlet. They're offering a 30% discount on purchases over $100 until the end of the month. If I had blown up my stash on the 4th of July, I'd probably be heading back there to buy another stash for the winter months. Big Grin

I was feeling a bit bored this evening, so I went out and set off a 7-shot Hot Zone. Dynamite! Thumbsup

Cool. Sounds like a good environment for the occasional bonfire, too.

I went to a tag sale yesterday and found a hardbound copy of Fireworks: A History and Celebration by George Plimpton. It's in near mint condition and I paid only $1 for it! Thumbsup

Last night I set off a 9-shot Keep Digging (Cutting Edge). It featured red, white and blue dahlias with multiple breaks and crackling. A couple of people down in the valley applauded and set off a long string of firecrackers. Thumbsup
