RE: Baton Rouge Metro Area Flooding
I’ve gone through partial losses in two floods/storms but never the whole thing.
Made crystal clear to me what was and wasn’t important.

I’m nearby KC, let me know if I can come over to help you and your family, seriously.

ps Just tried calling you but it said that the number was unreachable.

Glad you're okay. Hug

set up a go fund me, or pm me an address to mail to. You will need cash to get thru the day to day expenses.

glad everyone is safe. stay out of the flood waters.....insects will cling to you because you are high ground, septic tanks are flooded, other chemicals from industrial places that were flooded. You can end up seriously sick or injured.

That's a nice offer FC. Glad you can make that. KC, I'm so sorry for your troubles, but glad your loved ones are safe.

I set up a gofundme account. If you feel compelled to give, I can't thank you enough. We just found out the insurance deductible is considerate. We also don't know when we will get any money for living so this will help with our day to day expenses.

Thinking of all of you.

Thank you all. I don't even know what to think. Numb right now. All of our pictures, all of our documents, all our memories are gone. Everything.

We had to evacuate like there was a fire because the water rose so quickly.

We literally only have the clothes we were in. My kids are still in their pajamas from last night because that's all the clothes we have for them.

The entire area is devastated. Katrina level devastated. Communities are like islands right. No way in or out.
