Thank you to everyone.

For those on my FB, I posted some videos I took when I went to my house earlier today.

The river crested at a record 46.2 feet. Unbelievable. My community is an island right now and can't be accessed via car.

The water should recede enough to drive back into BR around Wednesday or Thursday.

That's some nasty water. I hope you had head to shoulders waders on.

Nope. And I had a lot of open wounds too from scraping and bumping into things as well as getting tore up from ants. I was able to salvage a bottle of antibiotics from the house. Started those today. I know I'll need them.

How are the kids and QC holding up?

Going a little stir crazy. The fact that we lost cell service is just icing on the cake.

One of the neighbors is letting us use their WiFi.

Funny how red states get hit by disaster while the fundies in them claim god loves them the best. Your god has sucky aim then.
