This would date modern man to 400,000 years old which is much older than the 200,000 year old dates from Africa. These teeth were discovered in the mid-east.

The article does not say what you seem to think it says. It is 8 teeth similar to Homo sapiens at a site very close to Africa.
Modern humans were not the first or only toolmakers.

And it is a Daily Mail article, not a scientific paper.

Humans belong to the animal kingdom. Drinking Beverage

I suggest you read a book on evolution. A real one, not some religious bullshit.

Earliest remains found 10 miles from Israel's international airport the story says:

"Archeologists from Tel Aviv University say eight human-like teeth found in the Qesem cave near Rosh Ha’Ayin - 10 miles from Israel’s international airport - are 400,000 years old, from the Middle Pleistocene Age, making them the earliest remains of homo sapiens yet discovered anywhere in the world."

Neanderthals were not modern humans was my point.

Natural selection is an algorithm; it is not random and it requires no consciousness.

Humans belong to the animal kingdom and we share DNA with Neanderthals.

Humans belong to the animal kingdom and we share DNA with Neanderthals.

We share close DNA with chimps as well. Some of our DNA matches a carrot.

Life and the universe are either designed or are dumb luck random chance. Obviously designed. Time to start thinking about theology.

No scientist will ever be able to explain where the extraordinary DNA information has come from using evolution or natural selection.

Except they already have. Read a book.

Your false dichotomy is still false.
You do not understand that it is natural selection that does the work and it is not random.
Mutations and recombinations create information which then proves beneficial or neutral and is retained, and eliminated if harmful.

Natural selection acting on random variations among chemicals can not produce the first life. Natural selection could not have existed before the creation of the first living cell. It can only act upon organisms capable of replicating themselves. Cells equipped with DNA that pass on their genetic changes to future generations. Without DNA there is no self-replication. Without self-replication there is no natural selection. So you cannot use natural selection to explain the origin of DNA without assuming the existence of the thing you are trying to explain.
