I don't want a salty tomato on my food... If I go red sauce, It's all about heat.

There is no objective best condiment!

Only when adding hot sauce, can one taste the objective truth in condiment taste.

I know that you sinners will see me as a heretic, but spicy guacamole is the true condiment. Tzatziki is acceptable too, but you can't reach the true sal(i)vation without spicy guacamole.

I would never shake a baby unless the recipe requires it.

RE: Best condiment
I think I have to come out of the closet, I am an acondimentist.
*starts preaching*
At least if it is readily prepared in tubes or cans...
There is just too much chemicals in that stuff, they are unhealthy and the biggest amounts of ingredients in those are salt and sugar and stabiliser.

I'd rather use salt, pepper, paprika instead and mix it freshly everytime I cook. Tastes better and is healthier.

Never said that, sir.
Flavour comes from the food itself.
You can enhance flavor by adding seasoning.
You can falsify flavor by adding condiments like ketchup and those.

So, sir, would you rather have enhanced flavoured or falsly flavoured food?
