Well I'm not into Jim Parsons so that's fine. It's about Sheldon the fictional character.

It's always possible there will be greater evidence found and mathematics of it will work out some other ideas than the current perceived ones. Doesn't alter any God wiggle room at all which is a silly aspect for a person to think.

The way I see it is, no beginning = no creator.Gasp

“Truth does not demand belief. Scientists do not join hands every Sunday, singing, yes, gravity is real! I will have faith! I will be strong! I believe in my heart that what goes up, up, up, must come down, down, down. Amen! If they did, we would think they were pretty insecure about it.”

RE: Big Bang might be wrong?
Quarks and Quasars published an article clarifying the study.

The big bang happened alright, what this new model does is it removes the problematic singularity...

I can't link to it on mobile, but I'll find it on the PC in a bit.

Yes. The Big Bang theory was originally proposed by a Catholic priest, and was resisted by scientists because it implied a beginning, and therefore, the possibility of a creator. I would expect religious people to be more comfortable with the Big Bang theory than with its absence.
