Born again atheist, recovering catholic
I was born without superstitious beliefs, then indoctrinated into Catholicism. I broke away in my early 20s and became agnostic. I am now in my late 40s and through extensive research I am now a committed atheist. My reason to join the forum is to learn and educate about the dangers of blind faith. Our world is in danger and we must all work together to save it. Two apocalyptic religions are heading for a final confrontation and both believe the destruction of the planet brings back their savor.

My favorite atheist is Dan Dennett. He kills them with logic. Dr. Dennett is the only one I know who can take William Lane Craig’s philosophical arguments apart.

I am educated in philosophy and economics and teach as a local college is Chicago land.
