I know it's horrible and I should eat breakfast. Least I have is a yogurt before heading out for Elevensies (coffee, low fat something).

Not necessarily...

Coming from someone who drinks coffee for breakfast.

Yup. Big low-carb lunch for this prediabetic with "little water" for dinner and regular water for breakfast to rehydrate after dinner the night before. ... A1C is happy at 5.6%.Big Grin

As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
And I will show you something different from either
Your shadow at morning striding behind you
Or your shadow at evening rising to meet you;
I will show you fear in a handful of dust.

Got me intrigued now but is it cause or effect.

Is my lack of breakfast the cause of my diabetes?

(I was officially diagnosed with diabetes last week by a massage lady... true story)

1/4 canteloupe
3 kiwis
1 banana
1 mango
6ish frozen strawberries
Serving of tofu (coconut flavour)
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup guava juice
Top with milk and a drop of honey.

Serves three.

Will you marry me? Or at least move in next door and have an extra serving ready every day?

Mmmm it's been so long since I've had breakfast pizza Drooling

I hope that the world turns, and things get better. But what I hope most of all is that you understand what I mean when I tell you that, even though I do not know you, and even though I may never meet you, laugh with you, cry with you, or kiss you, I love you. Well...I was too lazy to cook my own shiznit, so it's Casey's breakfast pizza Blush But it's goooood Drooling
Think normal pizza, but with bacon and little bits of scrambled eggs mixed in with the extra cheese! It'll prolly give me a heart attack, but I don't give a damn; it's GOOD! Big Grin

Come on now, you think I don't know you gotta go to Casey's for the good breakfast pizza?? Tongue

Only problem is I don't like their bacon, not a fan of sausage so I want just the egg and cheese, but no one else does. So I rarely get it Weeping

RE: Breakfast thread
I'm always terribly hungry in the morning. Doesn't mean I need a huge brekky, but I need something. Today, an everything bagel with peanut butter, and Morningstar "breakfast sausage". Plain, though at times I take a squirt of ketchup or sri racha.

Other days, it's toast and bran flakes, and maybe melon. Almond milk for the cereal.
