Food stuffs: Banana, Steel-cut oats, 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, half an avocado, and a few handfuls of whatever veggies are available.
Drink: Milk, greek yogurt, Greens+, whey protein, vegetable protein, stevia to taste. Everything the body neeeedds. |

Unfortunately back in the olden days, I didn't care much about cooking. So we gave them away. This was before my husband began sending me for cooking and cleaning lessons.
