Nice! Where is/are the dog/s shitting/puking? One of my dogs is deaf from old age, which is actually nice, today.

We're here in the basement. I've got the Doobie Bros cranked on the stereo and the dog is laying next to me on the sofa down here.

He's going deaf too, but he can still hear enough. Maybe next year I won't be hiding down here with him?

there aren't any windows in the basement, so he can't see anything going on outside.

Inside the house is different.

I've said for years and years he should have been a carpenter. In our home in California, we remodeled the kitchen and he did 99% of the work himself. Including the drywall and the tile floor.

I miss that kitchen.

One of these days I'll get on remodeling the kitchen.....

But, the list is long.....

Right now -- I'm taking a break from getting an 11 inch "I" beam (2 sections, 44 feet long) cut and fit for joining -- and it's going to go out in the overhead beams of the barn (20 feet up ---- So I can put in an overhead crane, to lift engines and stuff up on to the lofts on either side of the main floor........

Pics when I get done.....

It's probably a couple weeks of work.....

Just trimmed off a piece of the end of the beam (the previous mounting holes all wrong for this application...). Weighed the cut off piece -- figured weight of I beam... 1100 lbs - and I have to hang this over my head by 8 bolts, 20 feet in the air.... sound like fun??
