Can a mental illness symptom ever get out of control.... in a good way?
I have been diagnosed with paranoid scitzo effective.. and from what I am understanding part of that includes a mood disorder.. well full well knowing that... I think that my mood disorder is bipolar..{btw this is just my understanding of it} the thing is three days ago I got a bunch of creative/good ideas... the day after a lot more.. well yesterday the flood gates decided to open and I am stuck holding the biblical tea cup..{a.k,a title wave of really awesome ideas that doubled my work load as a writer.}. I think i know understand why that happened. apparently all of yesterday{in it's completion}.. I was incredibly manic. it's weird though because it turned out to be a good thing.

what do you think. ty for your time.

1. Striding and swaggering rootlessness without end. The precious flow of life.
2. one should fear sweet a blood stained flower.

I'd relax and talk to your doctor or psychiatrist first. They'd be able to tell you if what you experienced was a manic episode. It doesn't sound like it to me.

Don't get too hung up on labels; is my advice to you.

And yeah, mental illness is often synonymous with brilliance. The over-active, neurotic mind thinks harder than others.

Sounds totally fine to me, that happens to me too, thankfully... or else I will feel insane I guess.

I hope that more people would have such experience. Perhaps, humankind could be kind, each one a better kind of human.

Write it down or use a tape recorder and get all those inspirations saved! They may turn out to be a fevered imagination, but who can say? I get that in my sleep when I'm working on a design problem; it helps to sort the wheat from the chaff, sometimes. Has this been classified as a mental illness, or do you just suspect it? Maybe you just have some monstrously long series of books in your head, that you need to get out?

Too late Fireball - check the post date. No doubt, Kunoxian has tanked by now.
