Also, you can't use trenbolone acetate anymore because of the negative health effects, not anything to do with religion.

You can get it OTC in Mexico. Costa Rica too. I think veterinarians also still prescribe it in the US so you could try whinnying like a horse in pain and dangling a bad leg. My brother with hereditary angioedema prefers Stanozolol 'cause it don't aromatize into estrogen. Me, I prefer Androgel 'cause I can better mimic the body's natural daily testosterone levels with a 24 hour half life.
