Uh, er, sorry for creating this nightmare.

It reminds me of shopping for paint with my wife...

But yes, I think keeping the gray for all regular forums is a good idea, with "warning" colors for special forums.

I am guilty of stumbling into the teen forum because I will see a thread title but don't notice the next column where the subforum is listed.
Coloring the background of "special" forums and leaving the other as it was sounds great. If I pull up a thread and see a different color, I am probably going to see why.

See here they are the bruises some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

Yeah, it really is awful. Especially for a colour-blind fellow like myself who couldn't even tell it was blue! Tongue

The blue is quite disconcerting.


But I just like black and grey. My problem is that it draws my eyes away from posts.

Ok, like I said the blue was only for proof of concept and temporary.


I now have tartan for the forum management sections and purple for the boxing ring and personal issues forum.
