Catholic Church calls for public prayers in offices on Fridays
Millions of Roman Catholics are being urged to stop and pray publicly at 3pm on first Friday of every month as public expression of faith.

Ah! Maybe they have noticed that Islam's 5-prayers-per-day practice is working to keep the flock docile, compliant and unified.

I'm more impressed he knows what a mobile phone is and knows that it can be used to set an alarm.

E 2 = (mc 2)2 + (pc )2
614C → 714N + e + ̅νe
2 K(s) + 2 H2O(l) → 2 KOH(aq) + H2 (g) + 196 kJ/mol
It works, bitches.

More attempts at imposing religion (worse yet, a specific religion) on everyone else. And they wonder why some atheists sound angry. Dodgy

They call it "a moment of prayer of praise and thanksgiving". I hope their employers call it "a moment of goofing off that you can be fired for".

They must have needed something to replace that whole "no meat on Friday" rule they did away with several years ago...except during lent.

Soon, instead on a lanyard to hang your security card on, they will want rosaries and holy water fountains in strategic locations throughout the workplace.

Or how about communion-host dispensers next to all of the water coolers?

wait isn't that when school gets out?

When you are courting a nice girl an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder a second seems like an hour. That's relativity.

You cannot successfully determine beforehand which side of the bread to butter.
