Because the Christ(not to be confused with the man Jesus of Nazareth the Christ) was the first creation of GOD, prior to the formation of the earth. According to scripture.

Just trying to clarify.

Wait, what got throwed away? The part about slavery being ok and stoning unruly kids? Maybe it was the part about eating the flesh and drinking the blood of Jebus? I'd suggest just throwing away the whole thing and starting over, it's been 2,000 years and 40,000 denominations, there's clearly something wrong here.

Also praying to God to move to the "best" denomination? Just choose Jesus as your savior, get forgiven, give all your money to the poor, pray in your closet and if someone punches you in the face, turn your other cheek and let them punch that side too, for balance. That's all you need to be Christian right? Why is it so complicated?
That was actually relatively accurate minus the literal closet stuff. No need for schisms whatsoever in my opinion.

The point is not that all cultures experience NDE's. The point is that all NDE's conform to the expectations of the person who experiences them.

If you insist that one god is responsible then you need to answer why that one god manifests in contradictory religions. The Hindu gods are not the same as the Christian god which is different from Buddha, etc. etc.

No. The closet stuff is in the bible too.

Quote:Matthew 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

I know, just means privacy though, not literally in the closet.

You have noooo idea how thankful I am that brevity was invented.

RE: Christianity for busy thinking people
Thank you Aliza for your help. May God give you many years ion Earth and Heaven in afterlife and may God give Heaven to everybody on this forum.

Translation, may people of this forum escape atheism that leads to hell and find christianity that leads to heaven. Budhim, hinduism and other religions lead to hell too.

Of course atheism looks fine in this life, in afterlife things change dramatically.,

Prove it.

NOTE: Member, Tomasia uses this site to slander other individuals. He then later proclaims it a joke, but not in public.
I will call him a liar and a dog here and now.
