No it doesn't. That's not mutually exclusive.

Really how could a perfect being creat an imperfect world, would that not reflect on the imperfection of the being?

Because you're changing the definition of "perfect" now. It's the GRP all over again.

If God create a perfect world, there would be no contrast between Him and it. He would be recreating Himself.
