College Textbooks
Getting ready to start a round of university and I have come across something to think about. E textbooks vs real books. If I go digital, which e readers are best? Kindle/Nook or some sort of cheap netbook. Then of course, the need to find free textbooks arise. I know such sites are out there and find it somewhat offensive that colleges want to sell me the rights to 'rent' a textbook for some crazy amount of money.

I would like to be able to conviently access my books, which I think the kindle/nook wins out over a netbook. I would also like to be able to take notes. Of course, I could just take handwritten notes while looking at the kindle/nook, so that isnt as big of a deal.

What is preferred course of action here?

RE: College Textbooks
I've not attended college or university so I have no experience to share in that regard.
However, I did happen upon this that may assist your search.

Want to save money by tracking down eBooks for College? Their link, Free eBook Libraries may be of interest as well.

Good luck. Smile
