I have no idea how one could confuse the two of them, but whatever. Tongue

"Do you know a religion that is based on compelling evidence?"

Why is this question loaded? Where is the thing that is making the question one sided?

Yes, but what I said still stands. There isn't any compelling evidence, and if ideaonscribe is able to supply it, I will go fuck myself royally. Remember, this evidence has to support the Christian deity.

RE: Compelling evidence for Christianity
Vosur, neither do I. I also don't know how people can seriously believe in a man who lives in the Sky.

Nevertheless, the fact remains that a frequent argument used by religious everywhere is something along the lines of "well I might be right, so you have to be open to the possibility" followed by "and by being open to the possibility I mean that you have to admit that it's really 50/50 whether you're right or I am, in fact I'm leaning to 80/20 in my favour because God talks to me".

Godfuckingdamnit Vosur! Angry I saw this thread and was trying to avoid it.

Then you tricked me with your seductive, little-blue-word, linky thing, and shot me to the one thread about the load of crap I didn't want to get into! And now ... I'm in.

Fukfukfuk!

RE: Compelling evidence for Christianity
I'm sorry it's taking me so long to get started.
I have to get my Minecraft time in, so I started to play with A2.
He's doing something else now so I'll get to work on this discussion.

What I want to do is put something together (wall of text perhaps) that you guys can go off of and get this thing rolling.

What I'm going to focus on is something I haven't discussed before lol so it's sort of risky on my part. It's just something that has been extremely compelling for me, so I figured I should start with it.

Sugar Cane anyone?
