There was a time when this shit would surprise me. But, if people take their holy tomes verbatim then what's to stop them from believing stupid shit?

I think most people at that time noticed that if you dropped something, it fell DOWN. Every farking time. Not once UP. Nope, never.

Newton did a little more with that observation.
