So...... someone correct me here BUT my texting is quiet and unobtrusive. Even if I were texting in a movie theater it really shouldn't bother anyone else. (I don't tho - I turn my phone off for theaters) But.......
even IF my phone made noise or I MADE noise it hardly warrants getting shot.

besides - who the fuck takes a gun to the movies?

Go Home Florida you're drunk

When I want your opinion I'll read your entrails.

Texting isn't so bad unless it's one of those phones you can hear every time they press a button. Snack wrappers are the worst.

Meh, it's the world we live in.

Not that the shooter was justified in ANY WAY WHATSOEVER for killing the guy, but I can honestly say I "get it". I've had fantasies about beating people senseless with a tire iron for incessantly talking/texting on the phone while I'm trying to watch the movie that I paid an exorbitant amount to entertain me for a couple hours.

Well, to be fair, this is a isolated incident and a one on one rage/arguement that went off the deep end.

BTW, I thought that I read that the shooter was a retired police captain, if so, then I'm not surprised at the 'quick draw' routine, most cops in this state suffer from delusions of grandeur and will get away with almost anything.
