Defining Biblical Relationships
You’ve been reading the bible all wrong! Here to set the record straight, Sex In Christ offers the TRUE word of Jesus. Scripture is brilliantly interpreted according to what it really says and not what some stuffy bishop in the 15th century wished it said. And because this site only quotes scripture from the bible, you can rest assured that it must be fully endorsed by Christianity. I'm certainly on board!

Yeah...

No words only laughter. And that's the best medicine. Smile

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

RE: Defining Biblical Relationships
Hahahahaha, the topic of sex and Christianity always makes me laugh. I remember being taught that anyone who has pre-marital sex walked around with LOADS of guilt over it that would never go away. That if you did it before marriage, you'd ruin your life with the overwhelming sense of regret and shame...

That was, until I actually had sex and realized they were full of shit. I felt the exact opposite of regret and shame. Hell, I think I called at least 3 of my friends to tell them how awesome it was.

God sure does seem to care an awful lot about what I do with my penis. I think he's jealous because he's only ever scored with some virgin, once. Laugh out load

Excuse me, I'm making perfect sense. You're just not keeping up.

I did have guilt from having premarital sex thanks to the teachings of my church. I was taught you are letting God and your future husband down if you have sex before marriage. Of course, I had sex before marriage anyway and loved it, but I still felt tremendous guilt afterward. We were also taught that masturbation was a sin--of course, I masturbated anyway and felt guilty about that as well. Undecided Fucking Christianity. Censored Now that I am an atheist, sex is soooo much better. It's so fucked up to make people feel guilty over something that is so natural.

I'm in 100% agreement with you on that. It's terrible to make people feel guilty or bad about their natural desires. I'm sorry that you had to go through that. Hug

Fisting as an act of Faith???

I think that's a bit of a stretch.

Sure it's fucked up but it works. By claiming that something is sinful church sets itself in perfect position to sell cure for this imaginary disease. It's just business and business is about profit.

Try to imagine how christianity would look like without forcing guilt and all that sin nonsense. What would have left? Silly hats and empty churches I guess.

The first revolt is against the supreme tyranny of theology, of the phantom of God. As long as we have a master in heaven, we will be slaves on earth.
