Buy something at the bakery, take it out of the box and put it in a container for the cookout, easy!

Lol--until they ask me how I made it and I'm like Hobo

Banana Pudding

Get banana flavored instant pudding, not vanilla, it doesn't have to be made 24 hours ahead that way. I use a package of Philadelphia cream cheese in it, too.

Also:

Strawberry pretzel salad (kinda also an appetizer, though)

Better than Sex cake is pretty easy when you use the Betty Crocker devils food cake mix

Mississippi Mud Pie isn't difficult either

Oreo pie using a pie crust from the frozen section and cool whip (I usually make my own pie crusts, but don't always have the time)

Edit: and if any of these are interesting and you need a recipe, I'll pull it and post it

Yeah, that would be great! Thank you! Smile Here are the ones I don't think I could screw up:

Banana Pudding
Better than Sex cake (because it sounds like I can use a pre-made mix with that one)
Strawberry pretzel salad

Thanks again!!

If you've got enough tequila - a box of Ritz crackers looks like desert......

Bring plenty of tequila.
