"It's a personal matter between me and (God)," he said, with his finger pointing up. After being helped down from the cross, he said of his experience: "Fantastic, you should try it."

Yeah, I've seen that before. Baffles my mind. I mean, I've seen people put nails through their skin, but they usually get paid by the circus for it.

This is no spiritual devotion, it's, "look at me, my juevos are bigger than yours".

No dudes, you're all just idiots.

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

Yup, plus set the feet support at the proper angle and not perpendicular to the cross.

Now that is what I call badassery and juevos muy grande. That is commitment.

It's still stupid if you ask me, but it's a hell of a way to say fuck you to the powers that be.

So, did he trust god to heal his huevos or did he reach for the antiseptic?

Stupidity may be spectacular, but it's still stupidity.

We have enough youth. How about looking for the Fountain of Smart?
