Dinner tonight
Lamb shoulder chop, marinated in a merlot and done rare, accompanied by a baked potato with butter, sour cream, and fresh green onions, and a portabella mushroom stuffed with campari tomatoes, red onion, diced garlic, zucchini, topped with gouda cheese.  Lamb was cooked over mesquite lump charcoal, the sides done in the oven, washed down by a black-and-tan.

You're killing two birds with one stone: Communion (eating the sacrificial lamb of god, but you still need some red, red, wine...) and dinner!

Here's the black and tan I made myself tonight. Both beers are local -- the black is Bootlegger Brown Ale, and the tan is Fireman's #4 Blonde Ale.
