RE: Do you ever feel like screaming
Oh yeah. I keep myself from screaming someone to oblivion by locking myself inside my room and listening to good music. I always find it generic and ripped out of a edition of The Incredible Hulk, but whenever someone comments on me being pissy and says that I'm "angry", I just tell them "I'm not angry, I'm annoyed. If I was angry at you, your ears would be ringing right about now".

"Don't answer that. A rhetorical question."

Love this. When I feel that way I always want to drive the 4 hours from my house to the mountains and do this.

What I end up doing is beating the shit out of myself in a good way until I'm exhausted.

The last few months I've lacked the strength (no muscle mass after a rough time a few months ago) so I've done what girly does and I sleep. I'd rather scream like OP though. That's how I feel anyway.

I'm with you.

The reason people say you need to watch out for the quiet types is because they tend not to scream before they snap. Never let them see you coming...

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

I have no mouth.

“You see… sometimes life gives you lemons. And when that happens… you need to find some spell that makes lemons explode, because lemons are terrible. I only ate them once and I can say with certainty they are the worst fruit. If life gave me lemons, I would view it as nothing short of a declaration of war."

RE: Do you ever feel like screaming
If I'm so mad I'm yelling, watch out. That's happened exactly twice. Once after a non physical fight at work and the person was escorted out by security and I threw the clipboard somewhere on the counter and walked off. It was out of character for me, I usually stay mostly silent, talk in a restrained quiet voice, and hold my ground. Another was when I was at the breaking point with my parents being unfair - I threw a plastic cup onto the linoleum and shattered the shit out of it.

Most of the time I seethe in silence. And then go for hill sprints. And then break down crying.

Sometimes I'm so angry tears come out first, which just pisses me off more. Time to get out of the way, because when my words come back it will be vicious and I'm in fight mode.

I'd probably feel better if I just screamed. It's just that when I'm really angry, there aren't words.
