Tongue Do you ever play with Woo?
My brother wants me to join him in Wicca. I told him I'll still be Atheist, but Wicca's fun and peaceful, so I'd probably play with it sometimes for the fun of it. He wants company I guess. Lots of fun festivals... just overall fun.

Oh, and shiny.

Pretty toy. If I get drunk by the fire, I might see some cool things in my crystal ball.

Woo can be fun! Just remember it's woo.

Do you play with woo?

A person very dear to me was badly hurt through a misunderstanding and miscommunication. For this, I am sorry, and he knows it. That said, any blaming me for malicious intent is for the birds. I will not wear some scarlet letter, I will not be anybody's whipping girl, and I will not lurk in silence.

Well, you know what Niels Bohr said about his lucky horseshoe:

"If it works, then it works whether I believe in it or not".

(but yeah; tradition and ritual and socialising are perfectly valid justifications for whatever - well, obviously there's no actual tradition in the likes of Wicca, but still)

... this is my signature!

Maybe it'll give me a reason to dance around a fire naked. Or a couldron? That would be kinda exotic. Tongue

I have a collection of (I'm deeply ashamed to admit) Tarot cards. Some are really pretty.

Yeah, I look at them. But only in the appreciate the artwork sort of way.

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

I am taking my friend up the road to a tarot card reader next week, and we are both damn excited. WOOhoo!

I also love buddhist teachings and still adhere to a few.

I have to admit, the reason I stopped using my crystal ball was because the results were a little... TOO accurate. It freaked me out, and so I stopped. Dunno what to think about that, but oh well. lol

I love crystal balls though. And pendulums. They're really pretty to me.

I've never explored the crystal ball. I think I had one read to me once, years ago. I don't know how the reader interprets it. Is it like palm reading/ mood rings?

My friend can read tarot cards so accurately it's freaky, too. Hobo

I have angel tarot cards, like Arch Michael Angel and all the bible ones. Weird, hey? Catholic mom gave them to me as a stocking stuffer one year. The art is of all the famous paintings, but it's lame-o. Not like I imagine the ones you're into are like.

I used to do readings. Accurate, seemingly, but many cards have multiple interpretations. The clues come from subtle tells from the person your reading for.
