RE: Does Anyone Here Do Tai Chi?
I have done Tai Chi and I liked it but hated the teacher. I'd like to try it again with a different instructor this time. It's very good for balance because you're standing on one leg some of the time or shifting your weight from side to side or from back to front all the while moving the arms. Balance is something people lose over time and it's VERY important to keep one's sense of balance.

In China (I think it's in China) older people walk on a large circle of unevenly placed stones. The variety of heights looked to be between 5 to 10" maybe more although some stones were much less. Anyway, the person walks around the circle of stones carefully stepping on each stone which requires balance and coordination. They go around the circle as much or as little as they want. It's just a balance exercise. I can't seem to find a photo of this activity but I thought it was interesting.

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.
