You can repel a black bear with pepper spray - or if you ring bells..........

Is it a black bear, or a brown bear???

You can tell by their shit.....

Black bear shit has twigs and berries in it........

Brown bear shit has flannel, bells, and smells like pepper spray...............

....

.......................................

The only bears known to be in Southern Oregon are black bears.

Thanks for the shitty analysis, made me laugh! Smile

He came back last night and moved my grain bin all over the place. That thing is a miniature Fort Knox though - he won't be able to break it and he won't be able to open it any other way.

Probably he is here because of the drop apples and pears - all gone, too. He may have been feasting on them for some time. His poop looks like it's fruity...

No food, autumn - bye-bye bear, nap time!

I hope he gives up soon.

No livestock?

Don't let those gnomes and their illusions get you down. They're just gnomes and illusions.

Llamas, I have one and the neighbor has one, they are adjacent to each other. (hubby used to have a herd - only one is left).

Not worried about them - they rise up and smash skulls if scared or angry. They are widely employed to guard sheep.

It's a boy, and his name is Sinatra. He's got one blue and one brown eye.
