The video is really bazaar.

Looking at the animated characters, I would think the target audience is 3 to maybe 6 year olds, but the fast paced imagery is inappropriate for that age group as well as the content--terrifying. And, I believe, there is the idea that the past is not relevant.

It's like a joke. What age group /s is the target audience?

Target audience is anyone who has seen an episode of Sesame Street, although singing about stuff like time in order to learn about it is more similar to British Children's TV.
