Well I did wonder about it. I was going to ask, are Halflings stealthy in D&D like they are in Lord of the Rings?

Maybe the strength ring should go to the strongest character whoever that is and the stealth ring to the one who has to do all the sneaking around?

Oh you mean we should say in the character thread that one of us is picking them up. Good point, I just assumed someone would do it.

Oops, right on it.

It is based on class more so than race but your class could use them, granted less so than a dedicated thief but frankly it is up to the group to decide who gets what items.

OK well it sounds like the ring of stealth should go to our thief and the ring of strength to one of our walking lumps of meat. Smile

Only suggestion I would have is to hand out items to active players rather than best fit. In both these items cases however there are more than 1 person who would benefit from them so work it out amongst yourselves.

RE: Dungeons and Dragons
Um, I was thinking maybe I could get the ring of strength? Since I'm actively playing and also of warrior class? If I had it, I would gain an additional +1 to damage. Big Grin

RE: Dungeons and Dragons
OK Gang, we have reached the end of the Prologue and are about to start act one "In the Misty Mountains". As such I am thinking about doing a time jump of a few months and just having you all at the monastery and already receiving your training. Any objections to this?

RE: Dungeons and Dragons
Sounds good. I was thinking several months on the road might be too long in terms of game play.
