Ebola and African leaders saying that Western nations aren't doing enough.
Is it just me or does this piss anyone else off as well?

In fairness they've probably got a case - MSF was calling attention to it in March I believe...

The UN ambassador to Ebola (or some shit) said today that he's hopeful the virus will be contained within three months...

What is pissing you off, that they're not getting enough help or that they are saying they're not getting enough help? Consider

That they complain that Western nations aren't doing enough to contain ebola.
But it's not just that, it's just a lot of African nations attitude in general.

The best way to describe it is if a homeless man is begging for money, you give him $10 or something and he turns around and complains that you didn't give him enough.

RE: Ebola and African leaders saying that Western nations aren't doing enough.
They completely arsed up their initial quarantine through laziness and fund hoarding and are trying to deflect blame like they always do, but they do have a point that western governments are making a total pigs ear of the whole situation (though of course it's a hell of a lot harder dealing with something which has broken quarantine than it is when it's contained). It's not really a surprise really considering that so many idiots are running around. David Cameron was called 'one of the worst fascist dictators currently on the planet' because he decided to implement airport checks to stop ebola patients getting into Britain. The Spanish government too moved an Ebola patient to the middle of Madrid because the leader (sorry, forget his name) was accused of being a sociopath when he tried to ban the person from returning until they'd recovered, or died and been cremated.

'Western' governments might not be doing enough, but it seems like the people are getting in the way a lot.
