[Emergency Question] What is Transferable Guest in Oympic?

[Emergency Question] What is Transferable Guest in Oympic?
My dad got a ticket and hes away abroad the momment. On his ticket it says Transferable Guest, what does it mean? does it mean he can transfer his ticket to someonels? like me?

I did, thats the first site I searched, no result man, I asked here cos TTA menbers were smart (probably thee smartest group online I know around) and generally solve my problems at ease
