EndTimes, Christian reasoning....

Yup tractor running over an old book of psalms = end of the world.

The atheist is a man who destroys the imaginary things which afflict the human race, and so leads men back to nature, to experience and to reason.

You are assuming 'Christian' and 'reasoning' go together in the same sentence.

But Christians do reason. Just because you find their conclusion antithetical to yours doesn't mean they didn't use reason to get there. Furthermore, just because they reach a conclusion that seems delusional on the topic of God has no bearing on their ability to reason in other areas. Be careful about stereotyping and generalizing just because you disagree with someone.

People that go through exhaustive mental gymnastics to prove to themselves that the Earth/Universe is/are 6000 years old and that evolution is a myth, are not demonstrating reason. They are deluding themselves with false premises and regurgitating doctrine to reinforce something they already believe.

Again...on ONE topic. Doesn't mean that Christians cannot reason. And a very small minority of the totality of people who call themselves Christians believe in a 6000 year old universe.

Or maybe I'm misunderstanding your reasoning. Tongue

Even if that's the case, a single instance of this defines them?

Do single actions define you?
