Ever diminishing biblical reliability - Camels in Genesis

So apparently even the camels weren't domesticated until after these stories were said to take place.

I wonder if this will be the straw that broke the camels back for any believers.

"No camels huh?.... GOD IS A LIE!"

God gave these brave pioneers the gift of the domesticated camel (long before it became available to everyone else) as they were very important people.

It's the same reason that Mohammed had a Land Rover.

Unfortunately, I highly doubt it will dissuade believers. Their mindset is often impervious to logic and common sense and is remarkably selective in what it will use from the bible to justify their beliefs and what it will dismiss to nonbelievers as "oh, that part of the bible isn't meant to be taken literally."
