RE: Everybodies wrong.
Cool, another person asserting they've "proven" the flood myth that can't give any proof that backs up the assertion.

Good job!

Type in google evidence for bigfoot, or alien visitation, or santa claus. You can find "evidence" for anything you want on the internet.

a thousand years is like a day to god.

So you're evidence is a broken link?

Where did you get your reference that a thousand years is like a day to your god? I'm sure it sound real good when a person said it to you and stuck. But you're going to need much more then that to impress anyone here.

If a thousand years is like one day to your god? They it must take him a really long time to figure things out? Unable to comprehend the comings and goings at the speed at which humans can move. Unable to distinguish a commonality between "his creation" and himself.

I would also imply that you don't accept the stories dipeicted in the bible. You much rather prefure to roll off of your own intuition then act that in

Genesis 1:5
and God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

This description that is one of the more popular stories form these books The Creation (version 1) Writes it out pretty planly. When the light was up (day) when the light was away (Night) the first day. So why wouldn't he say a thousands years passed before the light left? And he called that a day? Because the ancients only perception of time was sun up sun down. Some had access to sun dials but that too was not as accessible as judging the period of time from the sun.

There is nothing wrong with admitting to yourself that you may not know something. If someone tells me i'm wrong I might fact check. then come back. Lot's of times I am wrong. But I learn from that experience. Obviously you're pride will not allow you to admit anything here. Since you're obviously attempting (poorly by the way) to make us think you're some sort of great thinker. That you've got things all figured out. And we're just a bunch of simpletons looking to fuck up your day.

Many of us didn't arrive to this position lightly. If they were lucky enough not to have been born without the brainwashing process. Then it could have taken YEARS of self reflection to concluded that they don't understand, agree, or believe. That a magical sky daddy it real.

I know this will just be overlooked. As you seem as capable as comprehending some of these retorts as well as a fat man can touch his toes.

If you don't have the facts. You're wasting everyone's time. As well as your own.

Don't Live each day like it's your last. Live each day like you have 541 days after that one where every choice you make will have lasting implications to you and the world around you. ~ Tim Minchin

Here's an excellent article, I'll give you the benefit of a doubt and presume you could actually understand it:

The Impossible Voyage of Noah's Ark

The expectation is, if you read the article, you can explain peculiarities that are hard to account for in terms of the geographic distribution of animals. I will keep it focused on one example, to quote from the article:

In a similar vein, the ceboids (New World primates) found their way to South America, again, the very region where their fossil ancestors had thrived.

The ceboids fossil remains have never been found anywhere in the mid-east, why is that?

They only have evidence of having lived ONLY in South America, why is that?

Can you explain how spider monkeys (one species of ceboid) traversed the ocean to get to Noah's ark?

Can you explain how Noah fed them what they required? They have a fruit heavy diet and need fruit from South America to survive long-term. How would Noah know which fruit would work? How would Noah get that specific fruit from that region? Did the monkeys pack their little backpacks and bring the fruit with them?

Using the supernatural to explain events in your life is a failure of the intellect to comprehend the world around you. -The Inquisition

Okay, guys... give it to me straight. If I take the time to read this thread, am I going to find out that this guy is another anti-semetic womanizer? I just want a heads up before I invest my time.

No, although he has made one or two mildly anti-semitic comments -- the usual christian fundy stuff. He's basically one of these people who gets all his ideas from apologetic websites, thinks the Christian bible is hot shit, but doesn't appear to have actually read any of it. Not very interesting. But some of the replies are interesting. And Banjo has posted some great photos.

ETA: Also, he doesn't appear to be familiar with sentences, punctuation, or upper case letters. In my opinion, the effort to figure out what the hell he is saying hasn't been worth it.
