RE: Everybodies wrong.
8. Where did the monkeys come from?

Monkeys, according to the Midrash, are a degraded form of some of the humans who participated in the construction of the Tower of Babel. Rabbi Chaim Vital writes that the monkey in its development occupies an intermediate stage between animals and man. “Just as there are intermediate links between minerals and plants (corals and some rock formations which grow and multiply), between plant life and animals (in the Talmud, there is a description of a dog whose umbilical grows from the ground and if it’s severed, the dog dies). Likewise, between animals and humans, there too exists an intermediate stage which is the monkey. And between the Creator and His creation stand righteous men, like Abraham.”

RE: Everybodies wrong.
That's nice. Now why don't you read what I wrote, before, and address what I asked about, instead of spewing out a bunch of new bullshit that has nothing to do with my point?

Are you afraid to talk about this subject honestly?

OMG Megatron!! Are you saying you're a reincarnated monkey that constructed the Tower of Babel?

That is so cool, did you throw poo on everyone below you while you constructed the Tower of Babel?

Well its gods plan to make us live forever without pain. God has to go by his own laws even though man have destroyed everything. Enoch never died but every man has to die once. And evolution I'm saying there can be a resemblance but still not the same . why would you assume were the same anyways with that information. As the kabbalah says their similar but not the same.

I'm not interested in living forever.

I have told you why.

ONE out of many ways we can tell that we are from the same lineage is by using the same exact type of genetic test that is used to identify rapists by their DNA.

It is not even a question, anymore. We are the cousins of chimps, the distant cousins of monkeys, and the even more distant cousins of every other type of multicellular creature. And we can prove it.

Not. A. Question. Anymore.

When people like you keep throwing out nonsense in response to such a clear and unequivocally proved fact, it makes us stare at you slack jawed, the way you would stare at someone who told you that the earth is flat.

Why wouldn't you want to live forever astreja? And no that's his exact dna while apes have a same genetic resemblance back down our ancestry.

But they don't test for "his exact DNA". That would require sequencing the entire genome of both the sperm sample and the rapist's DNA. That would be very, very expensive. Prohibitively so.

Instead, they look at known "marker" locations, called loci, which vary according to family lineage. Matching up several of those inactive section loci can tell if the DNA belongs to the perpetrator. That's because the inactive sections are copied intact with each new sperm cell (and thus passed on intact to any offspring).

Matching those loci can also tell if the child belongs to a deadbeat dad. Or if you are cousins to a person claiming to be family. The same technique is used in all of them.

The same technique can also be used to look at larger marker loci that are preserved over millions of years, hundreds of thousands of generations, pretty much intact (point mutations, which cause "static", are relatively rare occurrences), and match the lineages at those loci just as we do for all the other techniques described above.

It is the same. At this point, you are just closing your eyes, covering your ears, and humming.

Seriously, kid, how many times do I have to tell you that nothing I am talking about in this entire discussion has anything to do with "similar" DNA, or with sequencing any part of the active DNA sequences that make up the individual?

How many times I do I have to repeat myself before it sinks into your thick skull?

Just no interest in it. There's nothing so special about who I am and what I do that it has to be Me doing it. I'm fine with letting the molecules in My body wander off to become other things, and trust that important thoughts and ideas will pop up again in someone else's mind.
