Everyday quotations
This world have been a better place for that quotation from a book I posted in "Great quotations".

Nothing "great" here, just stuff that makes you stop and think for a moment: books, films, your partner, a guy on the bus... any source that shows that not only the great names can voice words of good sense, even wisdom.

From the same book source, Jon Rosenberg's "The Unicorn Crisis":

"In the ever changing landscape that is real life, to have the same words recited decade after decade must give some comfort."

Being a non-tradionalist, looking for something new and different each day, I welcome that "ever changing landscape" but I can see why the rituals of religion appeal to others.

Tomorrow is precious, don't ruin it by fouling up today.

My Father speaking to me when I was about 9 years old while we were watching the Queen of England in her Royal Carriage on TV:

"When she goes too the bathroom her poop stinks just like yours and mine."
