Looks more an ass-coverer who wants to play politics.

The Jews are holding his family. Same thing happened to Mohamed Atta.

So we're blaming Aliza?

Fair enough. Angel

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

Both are civil cases, not criminal (they could turn criminal I suppose but have not yet). The Hillary case is fully criminal in nature.

They have been inventing and accusing her of criminal activity for decades. Longer than most people on earth have been alive, and still yet they cannot find anything real. Just accusations.

If the DA hands down an indictment it's not a civil matter.

It is important to understand the specifics, this article lays it out concisely.

RE: FBI reopens Hillary email case
I don't know much about the case of Clinton's email scandal, but I noticed a few elements that makes passing a judgement on her rather difficult.

1) Apparently, the practice of using non secure/private email account isn't uncommon amongst official because the secure system is rather clunky and difficult to manage and work with, especially when one has to deal with a lot of information and communcation with various branches of the governement.

2) It also concern Clinton's assistants just has much has her. She could easily pin the fault on one or several of them and it would be believable and reasonnable to assume its true. It would be very unlikely that if there was a major security breach, be it due to incompetence, imprudence or malice, it would necessarly involve at different degree a lot of people. In such a situation, its difficult to put the blame on a perticular person.

On a completly unrelated matter, is it just me (and the big gossiper that lives inside my head) or would it not be surprising the Weiner and Clinton might have knock boots together? One is an exibitionist and the other one might as well try to get back at her cheating husband... That would make for a nice headline... and terrible porn.

Freedom is servitude to justice and intellectual honesty.

That may be true and if it is then he should be sacked for partisan behavior. I'm just sayin that it's a wee bit premature to make that call.

I disagree. Partisan or not, the letter was inappropriate. The motives are not important. It's gross incompetence, AND he was told by his boss at Justice not to do it. The least he could have done was read some of them,(sample them) if not have all of them read. It would have been a monumental effort, but he had the resources to get it done. He failed.

Looks like they haven't even secured a warrant to read them yet. All the more reason for this to be considered bullshit. His letter was far too premature and a sign of insubordination.

It's the FBI man. Them boys don't work weekends. It will take 6 months to go through these 10,000 emails.
