I'd bet money that is faked. Windshield tempered glass is built to withstand impacts from fairly large road debris at highway speed. Even when the glass cracks, it stays intact, dispersing the impact force through the glass itself causing spider web like cracks. The amount of force required to not just crack the glass, but to pierce it with a high heal? Far more than you're going to get during awkward car sex, even if you ignore that those heals would fail before the glass did (unless they had a steel core for some reason).
