I'm not sure, but I think there is a goat in the closet they sacrifice instead.

This made me laugh because police brutality is high-larious.

I honestly can't believe the clown hasn't died yet. Are there really that few people whose immediate reaction wouldn't be to go on the offensive?

You would think. I would've run though Tongue The clown was scary as shit--but the music box just added to the creep factor for me. Hobo

Not many people are actually trained to be combative, especially if raised to be submissive by a church (turn the other cheek). I used to get in so many fights as a kid (I didn't finish growing until I was 20, so was always smaller than my "peers"), that I had to learn to protect myself. As a result, I learned to be one "dirty" little fighter. When 3 football jocks think they are going to have fun, it gets ugly. It's about survival. I still have physical problems from those days, but so do they. They think that they can surround a little guy (especially if he is smarter- that and being smaller is an irritant, it would seem) and pummel him, but if he goes in with knee kicks and punches to the balls, that levels the playing field a little. When I was 137 pounds (my weight at graduation from HS) and each of those guys was probably 180+ pounds, I didn't really care to be nice. I haven't been accused of being nice very often.

In another thread, hazing by fellow service personnel was brought up. You mentioned that a lot of what you had happen to you, and what you did to fellow service personnel was all in good fun. Having been bullied as a youth, I don't consider any of that hazing shit to be fun, I didn't take it by the time I was in the Navy, and never allowed it to be done to subordinates on my watch. YMMV
