My best information is that she is protesting for gay rights. Cropped just out of that photo is her rainbow flag, and her pins say "I agree with the SJC" - referring to her support for the Supreme Judicial Court ruling in this case:

A less cropped version can be found here: http://www.demotivationalposters.net/the...10324.html

Give me your argument in the form of a published paper, and then we can start to talk.

I can't imagine "Who cares if he won World War 2" being used in any way except sarcastically. And I can't imagine even including that information if they were being serious; it seems more realistic they'd just exclude it and hope no one actually knows what they're talking about.

She is standing in front of the Massachusetts State House.

Is her poster meant to be ironic?

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

Fuck if I know, but she looks like she might be a lesbian. Consider

What does a possible lesbian look like?

So many cats, so few good recipes.

Just about anything really. I just meant that if someone were to show me a picture of that woman and tell me that they know for a fact that she is a lesbian, there's nothing about that image itself that would make me go 'yeah, not buying it'. In hindsight, I should have used 'could' instead of 'might'.
