RE: Fiber
I eat 2 or three packs of this stuff a month. It's got plenty of fiber and is tasty. But, there seems to be conflicting opinions on soy and edamame consumption.

Edit, I also eat a pound of raw carrots (no dip) every week.

I also do tons of raw tomato (sliced and salted), but I don't know if tomato has a bunch of fiber.

I prefer fantasy, but I have to live in reality.

Now that is impressive.

I probably eat about a pound of raw carrots in a week. I also eat about 2 or 3 packages of celery, a few red bell peppers and a handful of other random vegetables that strike my fancy in the supermarket (all raw). But I like mine with hummus.

My strategy of ignoring my problems until they disappear never seems to work out for me. ...I'll try to get around to dealing with that in the near future.

I like avocados for fiber. But then I like avocados generally. I slice them on a sandwich with sprouts or spinach and some kind of salad dressing as a spread.

I ate a salted and peppered raw avocado today for breakfast, along with 2 tomatoes and 2 bananas. So freakin good.

Salted and peppered avocado kind of reminds me of hard boiled eggs.
