I do hope you are going to be okay and that QC and the kids are okay too.

Been missing you for a long time now. Glad to see you around.

Thanks, Angie.

Cliff's Notes Version:

I'm an addict. Been addicted to opiates for 8ish years. Tramadol was my DOC. I would take an average of 2K mg a day (normal dose is 200mg a day). I used my headaches as an excuse for my addiction. I got fired last month due to lack of performance (I was either stoned or in pain). Totally lost my fucking mind and wrote a suicide-ish-y letter. Took off in my car. Stopped answering my phone. Cops caught up with me in MS. Arrested me or a suspended license ($250 misdemeanor... I forgot to pay a ticket). Spent a night in jail in a straight jacket and padded cell. Got shipped to a psych ward for a week. Then spent 30 days in an inpatient facility. Got out today.

Hi, I'm Jeremy, and I'm an addict.

Hi, I'm Darrell, and I'm an alcoholic. Stay strong, brotha.

Hi, I'm Jeremy, and I'm an addict.

Damn! I had no idea.

I'm glad that you're getting help. I hope this first 30 days is the beginning of permanent recovery. It's good to see you back.

Hi, I'm Mike and I'm an addict.

I'm glad your "bottom" didn't kill you or anyone else. That is the first thing to be thankful for. If you want to talk to someone who has been there, let me know. However, I am going to be out of town for the next two weeks but I'll be back Wed., April 27. I will keep you in my thoughts.

Been a wild ~40ish days. I get my 30 day tag at the NA meeting tomorrow, though.

Have I missed anything interesting?

Hey KC,

Wow.......that's a hell of an entrance. I hope all is well for you, QC, the kids.

Take care, keep strong. Don't get mad at yourself though. We all care about you.Heart
