First GOP Debate!
Getting ready to start. I hope I get to laugh as much as I do reading Q's posts.

I'm looking forward to Trump giving a demonstration of the yoga involved in putting both feet in his mouth at once.

Do you think it was an accident that Fox scheduled this on the same night as Jon Stewart's last show?

No.

NOTE: Member, Tomasia uses this site to slander other individuals. He then later proclaims it a joke, but not in public.
I will call him a liar and a dog here and now.

RE: First GOP Debate!
I found several suggested rulesets for playalong drinking games but I'd rather be alive tomorrow.

Actually, tonight was also the first debate of the Canadian 2015 election. Which, at a 79 day writ drop, is the longest election cycle we've ever had. The clown show in Cleveland tonight is the precursor to an election which is 400 days away.

Something about that seems a little insane to me.

... this is my signature!

One thing I've thought wise was how you Canadians, and the Brits as well, keep their election campaigns short and sweet. If you need 400 days to get your message out, you must be terribly stupid, complex beyond belief, or covering up the fact that you really have no message and hoping that quantity makes up for a lack of quality.

I'm inclined to think 1 and 3 are the case with our own pols.

It's not on broadcast TV so it can't be serious. Undecided

Trump starts with refusing to pledge to not run as a third party candidate. Woohoo!

The moderators are doing a good job baiting the candidates to attack each other. So far Trump is looking like the adult in the room. Big Grin
