First kisses, first crushes, first serious relationships
the recent crush thread got me thinking of this

where are yours now

My first kiss (billy f) is a facebook friend that rarely posts, divorced with 2 punk sons, still living in my old hometown.

my first crush (zach) my BFFs brother, is I don't know where, he had loads of potential, went navy, we were together on/off for years, eventually he stayed in CA after his active duty was up and I was in PA.

my high school sweetheart (steve)- also on my facebook, He is on marriage #2. He and his wife have a major reike business going Facepalm We are friendly, but I am glad that didnt work out.

I feel like I dodged a bullet on all acoounts..

tell me yours.

I dunno.
I dunno.
I dunno.

We moved out of state after I finished high school and went to college. They, too, scattered to the four winds and there was no such thing as "social media" back then.

Sorry - not much of a story for you.

We have enough youth. How about looking for the Fountain of Smart?

My first kiss is happily married to his husband.

First crush is a bigoted, homophobic, body builder. Like can't put his arms down body builder.

High school sweetheart saw me in a restaurant bar with my husband (he was with his wife), and acted like he didn't see me and mumbled a hello when I finally said hello to him. As if his wife would be threatened by someone he dated more than 17 years ago.....

RE: First kisses, first crushes, first serious relationships
First kiss - she's married and lives in Venezuela.

First crush - she's divorced, 3 kids, a nurse, and a self-help diva. Friends on FB and IRL.

HS sweetheart - she's divorced (from me), 2 kids, a tax attorney. Friends IRL. Really.

First, um, 'love' - she's widowed from a career Navy officer, did computer consulting, is Republican and Christian. Friends on FB.

At my 25th HS Reunion, I sat and chatted with First Kiss and First 'Love'. I was quietly amused.

First kiss and first crush and first love (from high school) are all one and the same: He had drug issues when we dated in high school, and now is an alcohol/drug counselor for teens. We talk from time to time. I'm proud of him that he turned his life around, and is helping others.

I've had many ''loves'' since, to my chagrin. Big Grin

Ah, what is that absurd saying?? It's better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all? Pfffft! I vehemently disagree. Laugh out load
