Who did Ronald Reagan dedicate the launching of the space shuttle Columbia to?

If it would have been the challenger space shuttle I would laughed at the irony.

Anywho, anyone got the answer?

He dedicated it to the guerrilla fighters in Afghanistan, the MujaHideen. Effectively "a resistance to communism".
Obviously some grand public thumb biting toward the Russians.
