Doesn't work that way now. Only under certain circumstances would Muffs had allowed a draw. Rev and I were disbanded Mafia.

Moral of da' story: You won't win.

True.

But also, I can't lose.

I will explain...

My role was to look for cookies.

If I didn't find them, the target's allegiance was revealed to me. So, it was an 'investigator' role.

If I did find them, the target died and I go off for the day to eat my cookies then become a Freelancer.

The cookies then pass to someone else.

While I am off for the day, I can't be found to be lynched... so I am immune if, and only if, I find the cookies.

I found the cookies for the first time when I checked out Rev.

Sorry to kill you on your birthday, Rev.

I thought I had killed Tartarus too but forgot about his immunity from night actions.

So he didn't die so he still has the cookies.

All I have to do is to keep choosing to investigate TS each night and then I am immune from lynching the next day.

So this is how it can go down...

I choose TS for my night action tonight and find the cookies again ('cause I know he has them).

TS votes to lynch you and it's a draw 'cause I'm immune from lynching and I can't kill him.
OR
You and I are quicker to lynch and go for TS.

That will leave you and me and you will have the cookies so I win.

Possible outcomes:

TS gets lynched or gets a draw
You gets lynched or I kill you
I draw with TS or win.

Or to put it another way... I am the only one who can win.

So ... I reckon we should just call it a draw.

Whatya say?

Muffs isn't allowing a draw under the current circumstances. I would totally go for it, but muffs isn't allowing it.

Also, you don't get the immunity since the investigating is part of your night action, so you technically don't find your cookies either.

Yes but you can't find your cookies if TS has them since he disappears and is immune from night actions so no immunity for you.

I don't think you understand, DLJ. Earmuffs said it can't be a draw. And I'm not lynching Tartarus.

TS is immune from the kill but I know he has the cookies so technically, I have already found them.

I thought you were dead, Rev.

You may know who has them, but you can't get them. So technically you haven't found them.

Yes, but the game rules most likely state that you have to investigate the person in order to get the immunity. You can't investigate me since I'm the martian(s). Drinking Beverage
