My only warning against banning the entire range is it could incentivize a troll to go into full out troll mode just to make an entire group unable to post. Granted, it's statistically unlikely that someone else in his school or library would post here, it still doesn't sit well with me.

Is it possible to get an alert every time someone within that IP range joins?

Tulane University is huge.

We're not going to ban its IP.

I, and the rest of the team, can deal with the minor inconvenience that is TTT.

If it's a matter of morality.....give me the trigger.

Since he hasn't changed his IP he may be a weak troll, not knowing how to change his IP, but then again we haven't banned the IP so we can't know for sure.

Bury me with my guns on, so when I reach the other side - I can show him what it feels like to die.
Bury me with my guns on, so when I'm cast out of the sky, I can shoot the devil right between the eyes.
