I don't understand the dice stuff for the attacking one bit. If it like the actual risk game, I understand it perfectly.

Looks like I am already rivals with Stark Dodgy

That was just a roll to determine attacking order.

It means you get to attack players last.


Ok the Game Has Started:
Here is how it will work.
- It starts off in Tactical Phase
- You type in the thread in your colour the associated actions related to tactical phase. (Choose between gold and science in your territories (or say nothing and leave it the way it is), buy buildings/troops/improvements, move troops using movement points.

- Once everyone has done this it will go on to the attack phase.
- Because nobody can attack anybody yet this will be skipped for now.

- Once everyone has submitted their turn, it'll go on to round 2 and it will happen again.

- Remember, even while everyone is grabbing free territories, if you border another player they can take your territory so don't forget to defend your territories.

So everyone submit your first actions please.
After each turn I'll update the map.

Capture brazil, produce gold only.

You guys may have to bear with me. This is nothing like the board game I used to play. I was thinking this was the old risk game where you didn't have resources and all that extra stuff. Looks cool though, so if you guys don't mind me learning as I go, I still want to give it a shot.

So many cats, so few good recipes.

Muffs, a couple questions that are probably in the rules: in the tactical phase can we only choose 1 action, ie., produce a resource OR science OR building Or can we do some combination?
And: what if we're using our mobile so we can't type in color/colour/coulor?

ehh Not quite.

Each army, so each stack of units in each territory (so the 5 militia that everyone has) has 100movement points.
Not every individual troop.
Cavalry/arty effect the total movement points of the the army they're in. (So an army with 20artilery will have -100 movement points per turn) (Or an army with 40 cavalry will have 200 movement points and could attack four times or move within territory 4 times, or capture two neutral territories or any combination).

So what this means is, when you move your troops to capture a neutral area, they use 100movement points of that army.
This round everyone can only capture one territory. Next round everyone will be able to capture two, then 4 etc..

And on the Drgoons, only militia are available to everyone at the moment. You need to speed 'science' to unlock the other troops. So you need 5science to unlock light dragoons so that you can buy them.

Ok, so for the third time.
In the tactical phase you can:
- Choose whether to swap between producing gold or science
- Build buildings
- Buy and deploy troops
- Spend science on improvement and troops.
- After you have done those initial 4 things (3 if you don't want to change between science and gold), you can then move troops.
Then it's attacking phase where you can:
- attack
- after you have attacked you can spend any remaining movement points on moving

Movement points are 100 for each stack, each army, and carry over from the tactical phase to the attacking phase.
So moving twice in the tactical phase in friendly territory would use 100movement points. Because attacking requires 50 movement points you would not be able to attack with that stack/army in the attacking phase.
Movement points reset at the start of each round.
